“OMG so I have had Botox and filler (lips) on a few occasions but I’ve never had the amazing service from any other practitioner than Adam! I first went in to get my lip filler dissolved due to just not being happy with it (done with another practitioner). Adam immediately put me at ease and I felt supremely comfortable in his presence. He has an extremely calming vibe and this actually makes what could well be a scary experience into a really serene experience! I can’t recommend Adam enough and urge you to book an appointment if you are considering any of the treatments he offers. His practice is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Adam is super approachable and extremely easy to chat to and is obviously very knowledgable in the world of filers and Botox … it is also very reassuring knowing he comes from a nursing background. I have visited again since my first visit for a check up (plus Botox & filler) and it felt like I was going to see good friends (you have to meet the super lovely James too!!!) I applaud great service especially in this industry as it’s so important to feel at ease with your practitioner. “My daughter, Faye, is due to attend her 4th lesson with Rob at Marple Gracie Jiu Jitsu this Friday. Although it's technically challenging with a lot of information to absorb, especially considering she has only just turned 7 years old in February; she has really started to pick up the techniques Rob has shown her and put them into practice with the other children. During the week until the next lesson, we practice together to reinforce Robs teaching. Robs teaching is set at a good pace with each pair of children receiving a fair amount of individual time with Rob to help them develop the proper technique. The children have welcomed Faye and made her feel at home. The older children in her class have been kind and patient when she hasn't understood something which is great. Great coach, awesome children and a fun, learning environment. Would definitely recommend!”

“I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!”

“I recently moved to this doctors practice when I moved to heaton Moor, and such a better practice. First off all the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful don’t make me feel intimidated like I’m making there job more stressful than it already is which made me feel welcome straight away. Every appointment I have made I have been seen to on time, never experienced long wait times ever. The doctors I have seen in this practice generally seem to care and take their time even though I’m sure they are so busy and stressed, they don’t want to give you a quick answer and then fob you off to see their next patient they see to all your questions and concerns in a kind way. There is one doctor in particular I don’t know his name yet, but one thing that made me really respect him and know he is a great doctor is, I made a appointment to talk about my hormonal acne and he gave me so many options that he thought would be a good option to deal with my issue, he understood my hopelessness of trying everything and was honest with me about all the options. He then proceeded to ask how my mental health was doing which no doctor has ever asked or checked up on with me after my recent diagnosis or new medications which I also understand with how busy and overworked our health care system is - he cared and took the time to explain my new medication how it works the scientific structure of it and if I needed any support with it which lifted me and made me trust in our doctors again specifically when it comes mental health.”

“Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

“Going to the Doctors is never an enjoyable experience for me. In the past I have found that I feel a burden when I ever need to see someone. However, this is the first time I have been to this Surgery and I would like to say how lovely and friendly all the staff were. Dr Ahmed has to be the best Doctor I have seen in a long time. He really listened and didn't make me feel like I was wasting anyone's time. Highly recommend this place. Should I need to request an appointment in the future I would now not hesitate.”
