“Awesome experience! I was suffering from ED and Azoospermia since last 2 years. I met several urologists/andrologists and they had conflicting views about the actual reason behind it. I never felt confident to get treatment from them. Finally, I met Dr. Vaibhav Modgil and he explained to me clearly the reason behind the problem and how he can help us in planning a baby. He performed a surgical sperm retrieval (micro-TESE) for me and recovered a good amount of sperm for my wife's IVF/ICSI. I was also suffering from prepetual adhesions for which he performed a minor procedure to divide them and make them normal too. His confidence and patient-friendly approach made us feel overwhelmed. She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“The last few years I've had hell with getting my child the care needed. The consultant dr dixit couldn't of been more helpful if he tried, advice was given and actioned and has resulted in a new treatment path for my child. I'm extremely greatful for the talk and outside clinical point of view which was very much needed. I will certainly be back if we need any kind of assessments in the future. He took his time out to ring me late at night and showed what a true Doctor should be like. Staff over the phone were lovely and very friendly caring from start to finish”

“Dr Gabs is by far the best in the business. It was my first time having fillers and I was some what apprehensive and very nervous, being in my mid 40s I knew it was time for this procedure, but trusting someone to do my face was a massive step for me. Dr Gabs came recommended through a friend and I knew as soon as I arrived I had made the right decision. She explained everything in fine detail, gave her professional opinion of what she thought I needed, whilst listening to my concerns and problem areas. “Dr. Magda Wolińska is the Best and nicest dentist I have ever met. She is a perfectionist, very detailed, the treatments are completely painless, she creates a good environment that helps to feel relaxed. She only cares for saving the tooth rather than taking money out of you, which is unfortunately very rare nowadays. She really stays within budget. Finally, I have found my Dentist.:) The receptionists are also really nice, they really try their best to find as early as possible appointment date if really needed! “Had my tonsillectomy procedure done last week at Spire Manchester, the care I received from start to finish was impeccable. From the pre-op, admin, nurses, HCA's, catering and the consultant (Mr Birzgalis) I felt so comfortable and informed the whole way through my journey. I was unfortunately re-admitted as an emergency due to swelling and query infection, but Spire were so quick to get me back in and provided me with top quality care to get me back on my feet! I am extremely grateful for all involved in my care.”

“I recently moved to this doctors practice when I moved to heaton Moor, and such a better practice. First off all the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful don’t make me feel intimidated like I’m making there job more stressful than it already is which made me feel welcome straight away. Every appointment I have made I have been seen to on time, never experienced long wait times ever. The doctors I have seen in this practice generally seem to care and take their time even though I’m sure they are so busy and stressed, they don’t want to give you a quick answer and then fob you off to see their next patient they see to all your questions and concerns in a kind way. There is one doctor in particular I don’t know his name yet, but one thing that made me really respect him and know he is a great doctor is, I made a appointment to talk about my hormonal acne and he gave me so many options that he thought would be a good option to deal with my issue, he understood my hopelessness of trying everything and was honest with me about all the options. He then proceeded to ask how my mental health was doing which no doctor has ever asked or checked up on with me after my recent diagnosis or new medications which I also understand with how busy and overworked our health care system is - he cared and took the time to explain my new medication how it works the scientific structure of it and if I needed any support with it which lifted me and made me trust in our doctors again specifically when it comes mental health.”

Given the horrendous pressure on the NHS, I feel lucky to be part of this practice and I have always either had an appointment in persson or spoken to staff over the phone. I hear people complain about GPs and chemists but the issue is never with them, it's the government. End of. I always have this in the back of my mind and remember that when I see any of the doctors, nurses or staff who ALWAYS listen and find ways to help you. Big up Springfield Medical Practice!”
