"Shocking attitude from reception staff: patronising and cold. My family member was forced to call them after My GP was turned off. The receptionist asked them personal questions their health, and forced them to repeat themselves several times while recounting a difficult experience. No kind words - nothing. When the call ended, they burst into tears. I am furious."

"Absolutely shocking surgery 0 compassion or understanding, management need sacking and the receptionists need to loose there attitude. Don’t know what there doing and always different information the receptionists need re training, or even better find another job if your not happy in that one! Also like to diagnose patients with cancer then ring back 2 days later and it was a ‘mistake and the bloods were mixed up’ AVOID!"

"Been at this GP since I was a child. They respond very quickly to ask my GP requests, receptionist, nurses, and doctors are friendly and helpful. When I do have to call I get through quickly. I've had many positive experiences and no negative since being here. Very sad that I have to move gps due to moving house but will definitely register again if 8m back in the area"
