“I was recommended to visit Mr Lambe when I decided to have a breast enlargement, he was extremely thorough in my consultation and asked to see me again before we went ahead with the surgery to ensure I was completely happy to go through with it. He uses 3D goggles which give you a really good idea how you will look with different sizes. I am currently 10 days post op and I am delighted with my results! Dr. Joyce was very personable and explained the procedure and the risks at the consultation.Her excellent communication both in person and on email made me very confident in my choice of practitioner, as well as the fact she is medically trained . I did have slight swelling after the treatment, and initially worried the treatment made me things worse. A few days later, this had settled down and the improvement began to show. Although it did take a full 2 weeks for the full improvement to my eye brows to be complete. I’m delighted with the results and feeling more confident as result with my appearance . “Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. “I had a cholecystectomy with Mr Christian Macutkiewicz back in March at the Spire Hospital in Manchester and can say the experience from start to end was excellent. During my first appointment he explained all the details of the surgery and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease and reasured me of the benefits of getting it done - and what could've gone wrong to. He even did a drawing of all the steps of the operation for me! On the day of the operation he went through all the details again and answered more of my questions. It was my first ever surgery, so himself and all the team made me feel really comfortable. After the surgery he explained how everything went and even got me a photo of my gallbladder as I was curious to see it! I was home the same day with virtually no pain, I didn't even need painkillers. And the next day I was out and about, eating and drinking as normal. Four weeks after the operation I had to take a flight and he was really helpful providing me with all the prescriptions I needed to fly safely and writting the letters for me so I didn't have any issues at the airport. I even emailed Mr Macutkiewicz to ask questions about protecting my scars during my holiday, and he quickly replied with his comments. Six weeks after the operation he checked that all my wounds were healing well, answered another lot of questions about scar management and made sure I left with all the answers. The fact that every time I looked for information about gallbladder removal online most articles on the papers were written by Mr Macutkiewicz made me feel like I was in the best hands. He's really friendly and communicative so that greatly helps the process!”

Plus, my lips are naturally uneven with one side peaking slightly higher than the other. But Kim fixed them up incredibly, not only making them plumper but also evening them out!
