“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. On arrival we was greeted with a smile & directed to our table, we asked to eat inside..we was asked if we had eaten there before, obviously we hadn't, we was informed how it worked where the meals was located & prices, someone quickly took our drinks order with polite friendly conversation albeit rushed off their feet.
