“Very nice staff. Beds new and comfortable. We were near the road but it didn’t keep us awake ok some furniture in our room was dated but the beds were great. We had a twin room. We got proper beds not a double and a settee. Very good price we searched for a good price and found this Travelodge. Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. We would go back again.”

The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. “Very impressed with The Crown. Came for an unexpected visit after The Little Manor pub in Thelwall was full and couldn't serve us. The Crown has a very pleasant modern layout inside which you wouldn't expect seeing it from the outside. The food menu was a little bit limited on choice, but that was fine as the food we had was lovely. The staff are all very pleasant and very welcoming even though we had never been here before. And most important and a huge bonus to The Crown they welcome dogs. This will definitely be on my list of regular places to visit.”
