They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

Hotel Motel One Manchester-St. Peter's Square
● Open“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

Trailfinders Manchester
● Closed“Just come back from Tanzania. Week long safari followed by a week in Zanzibar. From the minute we first met Peter Beswick at the Manchester store and booked our holiday right through to the end of our holiday everything has been perfect. The booking process, management of the booking and updated information throughout was well managed. As for the holiday, it was amazing. Everything ran to the itinerary and all of the service providers locally in Tanzania were professional and well appointed. Thank you Peter and thank you Trailfinders for a great experience and a fab holiday.”

BrewDog Manchester
● Open“Really decent spot ideal for a gig at the Albert Hall next door. Huge range of ale on offer, the burgers were awesome and cannot compliment the staff enough who made us feel welcome and offered great table service despite being busy the whole time we were there. I put a specific request on the table booking and got exactly what we asked for. It was very much appreciated. Easy to imagine a place like this being a bit too cool, staff being a bit detached, but not at all. Also decent indie play list on the whole time we were there. Top top place!”

I was upset and frustrated from the call centre agent and when I arrived in store I explained what had happened and it was resolved, with a smile and a glass of fizz. It was not an easy fix for them and they went above and beyond! Thank you so much, we can now look forward to our much awaited holiday!”

Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central - Formerly Jurys Inn
● Open“As an asthmatic and someone who suffers from mild claustrophobia, it’s really important to be able to open the window of hotel rooms that I stay in. This is proving more and more difficult these days as so many hotels have no regard for guests basic need for fresh air. I was delighted that you can open the window in my room at this hotel. In Manchester for a conference, it is even more important to have fresh air when you’ve been inside all day. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time - high, supportive and the right balance of firm and soft. 24 hour room service and a good choice of items at breakfast. I’ll definitely be staying again.,”

Premier Inn Manchester Tameside (Hyde) hotel
● Open“We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”
-
Premier Inn Manchester (Prestwich) hotel

-
Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel
● OpenThe Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8PG, United Kingdom“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

The Alan Manchester
● Open“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”

Overall nice experience. Really loved it”
