“First time trying blonde lady very friendly let us try sauce before ordering. Left pasta in photo is salmon and right picture is spicy chicken. Spicey chicken with mild sauce was really tasty glad I didn't have the spicey sauce as it would have been too spicy. Salmon was also tasty aswell which I never really eat. Decent portions we ordered two large pastas and two decent drinks for around 20 pound and we was that fill we didn't have the energy to finsh off shopping ha ha .”

“Fantastic choice of beautiful jewellery and other things. Very helpful and friendly staff. My fiance and I went there for our wedding rings recently and we couldn't have been happier not only with our rings but with the help and time we received from the staff there.”

“Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“My first time at Yo Sushi! After ordering on the app, drinks/food is sent on the smart conveyor belt, stopping at your table. Neat! I got about 90% vegan dishes, and they were all delicious (see the pic I’ve uploaded). This is specific, but I absolutely love the nori. There were several things on the 99p Menu offering fantastic value.”

“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“We stayed here as we were attending a good at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The location was ideal, literally a stones throw from the venue. Tamia who checked is in was lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a twin room but when we entered our room the second bed wasn't made up. No problem, she quickly sorted it by moving us to another room ! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds & a good nights sleep. Good value for money ! Would definitely stay here again & recommend for anyone attending a gig at the Warehouse or the football at Trafford Park.”

“Just returned from one night at this hotel. Me and my boyfriend only had 1 problem which was 1 dirty towel. Other than that you can complain for the price. Comfy bed and room appeared clean. Great location and friendly staff. The room was small but I expected that and the bathroom reminded me of a train toilet but bigger but its budget so again I expected that. Had tea and coffee facilities and a little wardrobe area and desk. We parked in the q Park piazza behind the hotel for £22 for 24 hrs with the 25% discount from hotel. I would stay here again :)”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”

“Ellie was serving me today. I was very upset because I had lost all 7 of my Pandora rings. She was extremely patient in helping me find my sizes and a Pandora ME selection that suited my needs. I also got a free charm with my purchases which was an umexpected bonus. I don’t usually write reviews but Ellie went above and beyond and I left smiling thought I entered in tears. “I popped in a few days before Christmas to collect my order which I paid for online. Considering they are located in the busy Arndale and with the Christmas rush, the store was super busy but the gentleman who assisted me was really friendly and helpful. I’ve been to the Salford Argos before it closed down and have also used The Fort Argos a few times, neither was an enjoyable experience even on a quiet day.. but Arndale Argos is great! I’d recommend using them as I will only use them in the future.”
