Was called back about an hour later to say it had passed and that an advisory was the only issue. They quoted me and didn't give the hard sell.... They tolerated my chatterbox attitude and showed tremendous patience as they appreciated my Boris Johnson impressions. Sense of humour with skillful service is a great combination.
