“Went as part of a 20 strong birthday celebration and thought the staff were tireless in their efforts to keep us fed and watered. Food was excellent, good choice of menu, I didn't drink alcohol so can't comment on variety but my partner had some decent white wine. Can't complain about price, seemed reasonable enough to me. “I went here with my wife around a week ago and was impressed. Food was brilliant, I had the King Kong Burger and Sir mix a lot fries, very well presented and the taste was good. For afters we had crepes with chcoclate and ice creams agin was lovely no complaints at all! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming.”

It was a lovely evening.... full of old neighbours we had not seen in ages. The Pub was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Tuesday night was a quiz night which we were unaware of, however we were invited to take part. We will be visiting again very soon.”

“Great pub to drink in. The last 2 reviews were customers who had gone in for free drinks every day. Landlady with the blueish hair had tried to explain to them that it was one free drink per week for regular customers and they took offence. The landlady and the 2 girls who were working the bar were doing a great job with the covid rules and tried their hardest to meet everyones demands.”
