The absolutely lovely landlady came rushing to the door and guided us into the warmth. She had one of the staff make a hot coffee for my husband free! I bought a lager and lime which was just perfect. While we were there two paramedics called in to use the toilets; and again, the landlady made them both a cup of coffee free of charge! What a lovely, down to earth lady! The other staff were friendly too. Really nice, traditional pub with wonderfully welcoming staff. Highly recommended! ☺️”
