Hyatt House Manchester
“Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?”
James Malik Barber Shop
“Very good person , knowledgeable barber, recommend to everyone. Reasonable prices”
Austen & Blake Manchester
“Can’t recommend Austen & Blake enough. Usually going to jewellers can’t be quite overwhelming and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake. Also our ring was amazing”
M-Star Manchester Mercedes Specialist
“Went to two other garages who couldn’t identify the specific fault. Brought it to M Star who diagnosed the fault and fixed it correctly. They even showed me the part fitted on the suspension arm and the old defective part. Really polite and professional. Will be using them again.”
Manchester Barbers
“I've been coming regularly for nearly two years and have always had a decent cut. I normally book in advance because it can get busy. Barbers are friendly and will talk if you want to talk, or just get on with it in silence if that's your thing. They take their time to give a good cut. Clean interior, and a decent price for a city centre barber.”
Vita Student Circle Square - Student Accommodation Manchester
“Excellent experience living at B9. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Special thank to the lady who makes bacon and cheese rolls or us on Thursdays.”
INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester
“Stayed here recently and it was a treat, from entering the staff were super helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and the shower area is not separated by a wall, so imagine you'd have to be close to the person you're staying with! For me, this wasn't an issue but maybe for some. The gym was great, small but decent kit and the sauna and steam room a total treat too! The breakfast has loads of choice and again, staff very friendly. I would LOVE to go back soon. There is a mini art gallery on the first floor too and it is in a great location, close to Deansgate Station, Oxford Road and so much more.”
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, St. Peter's Square, Manchester
“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”
H. Samuel, Manchester Arndale
“Fantastic choice of beautiful jewellery and other things. Very helpful and friendly staff. My fiance and I went there for our wedding rings recently and we couldn't have been happier not only with our rings but with the help and time we received from the staff there.”
Dean Smith Car Sales (car service Center)
“Dean was so polite and friendly when I came to see the white Aygo with some relatives several weeks back. The whole process was straightforward and a very good experience. He also helped us tax the vehicle and deliver it for a reasonable price. Excellent, professional service and the car runs perfect. Thanks Dean for sorting them out with their first car in the UK!”
Hilton Manchester Deansgate
“I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”
Malmaison Manchester
“Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable with windows which could be opened even if only a little bit. Desk available in the room. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board also available. Breakfast delicious with cooked options available to order.”
Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre North hotel
“As you'd expect at any premier Inn, staff on check in were extremely jolly and helpful, everything was as we expected, excellent value for money. Simple check in/check out. Will stay again. Thanks”
Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre - Arena, an IHG Hotel
“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”
Townhouse Hotel Manchester
“Deadly spot to stay, booked the suite and it was unreal. Had the living room, massive bathroom and the comfy bedroom. In a great location, staff are lovely, rooms are clean and price isn't bad at all! Would highly recommend staying here”
Novotel Manchester Centre
“Had a lovely stay. Great location walking distance to Central Manchester. Breakfast is good, nice staff. Parking is expensive at Q Piazza. Free to park bays 8pm to 8am outside and other cheaper car parks around 10 mins walk”
The Alan Manchester
“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”
Lovisa Manchester Arndale
“Love this shop for a massive collection of cheap and good quality jewellery.”
Pandora Manchester Arndale
“Exchanged numerous items which i got wrong for a anniversary gift and even though it was really busy was severed promptly. It's a excellent store and the prices are shown unlike some Pandora stores.”
AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester City Centre
“The hotel was amazing and new. The staff were very lovely and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also good, had quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance too. The hotel also had a lovely bar, which was great.”
Edit Suits Co. - Tailor in Manchester
“First time getting a bespoke suit and the whole process has been excellent thus far. Joeline and her team have provided a fantastic experience from assisting me in choosing the material and different styles to the consistent communication of how far along my outfit is. Premier Inn Manchester City Centre (Deansgate Locks) hotel
“Overall, a good place to rest in Manchester. Despite the necessity of a new face and a general cleaning, the hotel offers comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the staff there was very friendly! Moreover, the price was very affordable being an hotel near the city centre (5 min walking).”
