“Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are lovely and they offer room service. All of their food is delicious from the restaurant and when delivered to rooms. They have a hot tub as well as a pool (though they don't allow kids in it). Well cleaned, baths and showers are well maintained but you may need to ask for a fan in the summer as the windows don't open fully. Only thing to watch out for (especially for business travellers) is if you require wifi access for more than 1 hour, you have to pay extra.”

“Wow, what an amazing place! I've been going to Chelsea for 2 months now and my little Freddy loves it here! My dog literally means the world to me so its so important I know he is looked after when being groomed. I don't know what it is but he just loves Chelsea so much and always enjoys his time at Prestige Paws... Would recommend 100x over, Thanks for always taking care of my fur ball, see you soon!”
