Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! Giving us tips about taxis to the festival, ensuring we were happy with our stay when we checked out early and posting my retainers to us when I forgot to pack them!
