“Had a large parcel delivered the week before Christmas in the turmoil resulting from the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately the parcel was unable to be delivered next day, but the day after (as the company who I purchased the product from cautioned may happen). Not only were they exceptionally helpful when I emailed them for an update so I could ensure someone was in to receive the parcel (and the online tracking was perfectly up to date), but the delivery driver was courteous enough to knock before bringing the parcel to the door, as the item was clearly visible on the packaging, to ensure no Christmas present surprises would be revealed, this is in stark contrast to other couriers who barely knock at the door. (P.s. I’m posting this review on both their main national address as well as on that of the local office who were so helpful)”
