“A massive THANK YOU! To DAVID at the Ashton Starbucks who made me the best hazelnut latte (let me taste abit first then absolutely converted me!). He was absolutely outstanding! Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! Great comms and fab understanding and listening skills, nice and chatty made our new year ! “Great pub to drink in. The last 2 reviews were customers who had gone in for free drinks every day. Landlady with the blueish hair had tried to explain to them that it was one free drink per week for regular customers and they took offence. The landlady and the 2 girls who were working the bar were doing a great job with the covid rules and tried their hardest to meet everyones demands.”

“Booked ahead as we were going Sunday and know pub lunches are normally busier on Sundays. Welcomed by friendly staff, quick service on the bar, and great food choices! Large carvery plate is HUGE, so much food for just over a tenner! Will be back for carvery again!”

“My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

“Visited today with my young son and couldn't be happier with the food and the service. I had the gammon which was very juicy, very well cooked and was nice and hot and my son had the lasagna with chips, salad and garlic bread which was very well presented and again, nice and hot. The portions were large and top quality food. Highly recommended. We didn't even have to wait too long. We also wanted to thank Georgia and Aneeka for looking after us, they came to our table on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy and if we wanted anything else. Assets to the team!! “Excellent food and friendly staff. Fresh pizza miles better than one you would cook yourself. Even if you could be bothered spending hours to make the fresh dough yourself it would cost you more. That's the point of buying food from a long standing Levenshulme business! Ignore the one star reviews, they are probably all written by the same keyboard warrior, and not by genuine customers. “Went in with my niece today around 11 ish and there was a lovely lady who worked there who approached me when we was paying and asked if my niece could have chocolate and said she could chose some chocolate, told her she could have it and told me not to put it through the till.
