“Good Morning , I am writing this , with the help of my sister . I have Alzheimer’s , which has also given me the most terrible stutter . My sister rang to try & get me an appointment . I was over joyed that she was able to do that . I explained to the receptionist , my condition ,& was unable to use the machine to book in . She was most understanding . I get Teri anxious , if I. meet anybody new . I saw a lady doctor ( I am so sorry but cannot remember her name . The doctor was absolutely brilliant . Gave me time to explain my problem . She was extremely thourough . Made me feel like a human being , & not a number . Thank you both . You are both a credit to your profession . Kindest regards Paul.”
