Holiday Inn Manchester - Mediacityuk, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club
● Open“We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre - Arena, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

Premier Inn Manchester Tameside (Hyde) hotel
● Open“We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”
-
Village Hotel Manchester Ashton

ibis Manchester Centre 96 Portland Street
● Open“Just returned from one night at this hotel. Me and my boyfriend only had 1 problem which was 1 dirty towel. Other than that you can complain for the price. Comfy bed and room appeared clean. Great location and friendly staff. The room was small but I expected that and the bathroom reminded me of a train toilet but bigger but its budget so again I expected that. Had tea and coffee facilities and a little wardrobe area and desk. We parked in the q Park piazza behind the hotel for £22 for 24 hrs with the 25% discount from hotel. I would stay here again :)”

Holiday Inn Warrington, an IHG Hotel
● Open“This hotel is extraordinary. We - two pals - popped in because it was a handy meeting place for a journey further North. I parked in the hotel car park through Just Park but by the time I'd navigated the M6 I was quite delayed. My friend went into the hotel while she was waiting and met with what can only be described as the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door tells you that this hotel team cares about its guests and its visitors. They are kind, courteous and go out of their way to help.”

● ClosedNorthumberland Road, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M16 9PP, United Kingdom“We are so happy to have found Dave to walk our dog, he is totally reliable, friendly and professional, and always keeps us in touch with the walks sending photos of Tiggy playing. Dave is very calm with Tiggy, and taught her to socialise with other dogs; and Tiggy is very happy going with him! I totally trust Dave and feel I can relax knowing Tiggy is with the best walker.”

Manchester Travel Agency - Manchester Travel Shop

Couldn't have asked for a better service. It is so refreshing to have the personal aroach, actually being able to phone Kevin and have continuity, along with great conversation. I will be keeping his details for future bookings. It really took the stress out of holiday booking and he manged to price match a competitor. What a guy. Would thoroughly reccomend.”

Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Extremely good welcome by Julie (Deputy Manager). She asked if we had a preference of which floor we would like a room. Our room was very clean and spacious. Fantastic walk in shower. If I am being picky, there is an issue that we find in any hotel we stay in, the remote control for the tv was dirty and clearly not been cleaned for a while. I cleaned it myself with some Antibacterial lotion. As we are going before breakfast is served, we are able to select a grab a bag. Overall, we would definitely use this hotel again for the airport. It is a 5 minute car/taxi ride from T2.”

Car Park Aquatics Centre, Manchester | APCOA
● Closed“This a a very well kept public car park. The lifts are clean and the attendant can often be see walking around on duty. Last month I miss placed my phone and when i rang it a kind gentleman answered only to tell me I had left it on the pay machine. He had it in his office waiting for me. When I arrived back the gentleman Patrick was very polite and opened the barrier so I don't have to pay for the car park again. He is a Real treasure, lovely meeting you Patrick. Keep up the good work.”

-
Travelodge Manchester Sportcity
● Open“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
