“Lovely friendly staff. Daughters swimming teacher Fran is awsome with her encouraging and engaging and pushes her when needed. Only issue is with the selfish people who leave their belongings in the cubicles rather than using the lockers of which is there plenty my daughter is a teenager and body aware so prefers to be in a cubicle rather than the shared changing room area.”

Alex took the time to go through the menu with my son, explaining what he could and couldn't eat, and also was able to suggest items that were dairy free. Can imagine peak times it would be madness in there. Not that the zip line was open, but personally I think I should be included in the cost along with the trampolines. Definitely recommend.”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”
