Thank you so much for your help and patience, finding me the right shoe size being so pleasant and helpful. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. “Fantastic customer service! I was looking for a certain colour and style of shorts I'd seen earlier that day browsing. The store assistant went out of his way to find 3 different shorts similar to what I described. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was working the Tuesday shift around 6-7, either way kudos to him. Everyone in the store was lovely, including the cashier. Will defintely shop again.”

“Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”
