And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).”

Prices are reasonable which is an added bonus. Staff go above and beyond making sure tables are clean and tidy. Coffee is always hot and food it excellent. We have never once had bad customer service and are always greeted with a beautiful smile especially from Nicole.”

We mentioned to our host, Alex, that my son had a dairy allergy. Alex took the time to go through the menu with my son, explaining what he could and couldn't eat, and also was able to suggest items that were dairy free. Normally, people just hand you the allergy menu. We were very impressed with Alex's friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you Alex, for making this a memorable meal. Not my son's food pictured, but everything was delicious.”
