“I would whole heartedly recommend once again MA Kitchens and Bedrooms to any of my friends/family. I had my bedroom fitted over 5yrs ago with them and it still looks like new. Last week I had reason to re contacted them as I needed to speak to the electrician they worked with, we had a problem after recently redecorating (not their fault), but thexreceptionist was lovely happy to assist. The original electrician has since moved on so they asked their present electrician to get in touch. OMG he came round sorted the fault within 10 minutes and was amazing. “We would definitely recommend Moorgate. We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process. The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the service provided by Moorgate from beginning to end.”

“Been using mkm in sharston for a while now the lads in the yard on behind the tills are a great helpful bunch always doing there best that your happy not like the other builder's merchants not so far away. They will always try beat prices and I'd say 90% of the Time they do always gonna have the odd item tgat might find a quid or 2 cheaper. Had tgere kitchen designer Stuart hankinson designing my kitchen great service nothing was too much trouble and went into detail of spec kitchen to suit everyone needs. “Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”

Through the maze of awesome products and in the end at the warehouse if you and your kids want to misbehave you can ride on top of the flatbed trolleys. In conclusion IKEA Manchester is the place to be for shopping and a way to have a nice day out.”

“akasushi_mcr The latest newest sushi spot to open. Just on the outside of China town located in Blue Whale Supermarket Aka Sushi brings fresh quality sushi to MCR. Set in a simple setting, aka sushi dishes really do speak volume. With a small open kitchen and what seems like a huge menu everything is prepared there and then. We ordered: Sushi Set A (16 pieces) consisted of: 3 Salmon Sashimi, 3 Tuna Sashimi, 3 Salmon Nigiri, 3 Tuna Nigiri, 4 Salmon Roll & Seaweed Salad. Salmon Bento Box: Salmon Fillet, rice, chips, salmon sashimi, seaweed salad & baby leaf salad. The box usually comes with chicken too but it's not halal so we were allowed to swap it. Food was served quickly, presented nicely and was really good. Definitely a good sushi spot. Location: Unit 1, St James Tower, 7 Charlotte Street, Manchester, M1 4DZ Monday to Sunday 12-10pm”

“We had an amazing experience with Craig and Sara. We originally approached them for a quote to install a flatpack kitchen from a well-known kitchen company, but we ended up with them designing and fitting the kitchen exactly to our wishes for a reasonable price. There were no hidden costs and we ended up paying exactly what they quoted us for. Though the design was slightly pricier than the flatpack kitchen, they were able to offer customisations you can't get with a flatpack so that it would make the most efficient use of space and met all our wishes. Like getting a bespoke kitchen without having to pay three times as much. Apart from the excellent value for money, they were also great at communicating. We always knew exactly when they'd be in, what would happen that day, and if there were going to be any interruptions to power and/or water, and they always worked around our needs so we would not be interrupted with our work. We've have many experiences with tradesmen in the past where you would just spend an entire day waiting to see if they would come or not, but Sara and Craig were great at providing you with a schedule and sticking to it, or at least updating you if they couldn't. (it was particularly impressive that they were able to deliver as scheduled given they had a bereavement in the family) Another thing we were very impressed with was that when things didn't go according to plan, they would handle it professionally, and at no extra expense to us. For me, the sign of outstanding tradespeople is not so much that they never make mistakes, but that they spot them early and deal with them in a professional manner. There were a couple of tiny issues with the design, at least one of which was our fault for not communicating clearly enough what we wanted, yet even then they made sure we were happy with the end result, without charging us extra. And when our downstairs toilet wouldn't work properly after reinstalling, even though it was no fault of theirs, they made sure it was working again. Even now, more than 6 months after the kitchen has been completed, they have been in touch a couple of times to check everything is as it should. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when our guestroom is up for a renovation.”

“A few months ago we decided we wanted a new kitchen and a re-model of the entire kitchen area including a new utility room being built in the ld garage, and huge panoramic sliding doors. We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. Right from our first visit the customer service was first class, Darren talked us through the process after we had chosen our kitchen and after the CAD survey we had a date and the fitter we chose was excellent started Monday completely finished by Friday.Response to solve a couple of issues during the fitting was very quick.
