Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

“Although I had viewed many kitchen showrooms and online sites, nothing impressed me more then Ricardo with his 'nothing is impossible' attitude and his assurance that I would get a first class kitchen unparallel to anything I had dreamed about. His words came true. We live in the Western Isles. There are so many logistic problems getting things over by ferry. Since I had not a clue what design I wanted Ricardo took our measurements. He asked loads of pertinent questions on our lifestyle, cooking, storage, etc. etc. what colour, handles or handless, height basic requirements. He produced many many plans and ideas. We agreed on a Mueller Kitchen. Eventually we ironed out all the final edges and details. Then came fitting the kitchen. Again no problem. Florin and Michael were asked and agreed to come from Germany and London. Transport from Germany to here was all arranged with Ricardo to arrive a week before the fitters were to come. Well it could almost be likened to a 'wonder of the world' the garage down the road sent a fitter up from the garage with a forklift. Duncan's lads off the boat were there, it was 'hands on deck' as box after box after box after box after box came through the door. The old kitchen was just full to the brim. Well I just cannot give enough praise to Michael and Florin. They were amazing. They arrived on a Monday evening. Worked out their plans then worked solidly for three days from very early morning to late at night. It was unbelievable what they achieved. Not only the kitchen but also the utility room and back porch. They were so easy going and achieved what most would have in months. The results speak for themselves. The first photos below were taken 3 days ago, just over 2 years since my kitchen was completed. It is perfect. The finish is incredible. It is so easy to clean just a quick wipe down with a damp cloth. We have two large collie dogs but it is a breeze to wipe away the marks. We have so many comments and praise. People especially like the floating cabinet which fits our wine underneath. The glass lit cabinet is a talking point. The corian worktop was an achievement in itself to get it here whole let alone fitting it. The Meile appliances which Ricardo also arranged to come from Germany. Anyone that decides on a Mueller kitchen most certainly will not be disappointed. The photos below are of the part of the kitchen, part of the utility room and the Porch.”

“A few months ago we decided we wanted a new kitchen and a re-model of the entire kitchen area including a new utility room being built in the ld garage, and huge panoramic sliding doors. We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. “We're so pleased with our new kitchen from Magnet. It's the second Magnet kitchen we've had in 15 years. The original kitchen was so good, it's gone to a new home in Wilmslow! The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!”

“I answer 2 reviews we carry out an on-site survey, once the survey has been done we ask customers to come into the showroom to look at plan and move on with everything, we have so many people who after the survey do not return calls, we cannot get them into the showroom and never move on but blame us, we are happy you spent your few pounds else where as we cannot help everyone, on our shelf we have plans going back months that we have done under the heading of rang but never moved on, ie could not be bothered to turn up. Answer for Mr Roddy, your kitchen was installed 8 years ago, your washing machine is leaking, we do not mend appliances, your warranty has expired what on earth do you want us to do about it, your decision to be nasty has hopefully back fired on you as a review 2 weeks ago which is spiteful from work you had done 8 years ago and were very happy with the job, please buy a new washing machine and leave us alone”
