Their service is brilliant, each time you go he makes you feel so welcomed. Especially as its my first pregnancy I had no previous experience so this was the perfect place for me. There’s a brilliant selection of high quality prams and they even steam them for you and fit everything in the car. Not many places offer this. Contacted shop explained issue and Vicki went above and beyond to find a franchise shop who had the exact pair/size we needed. She then got them delivered to Wilmslow for me to pick up and even kept me notified as to how long it would take them to arrive in Wilmslow.
