“I have had my princess wishbone ring for just under two years and yesterday the top of my ring came off, i was upset as i haven’t taken it off since i bought. i went into the bolton store in the market place just to see if they could do anything to repair the ring. i was served by Ethan and he was very helpful and could tell her wanted to help. he said that he could send it away for a small fee for it to get repaired and i agreed. he then came back from the office and told me the ring couldn’t be repaired but as a gesture of of good will i could have a new one for nothing. i was over the moon and very appreciative as i never take this ring off as it’s my favourite. i was devastated when it broke so this act of kindness from the bolton pandora store and this young man meant a lot. they didn’t have to anything but they did and they went out of their way to put a smile on my face . thank you so much leia xx”

“Hobbycraft as always is a welcoming place. I was with a friend today so actually resisted buying anything (which was really hard!!) I can spend hours just walking around and getting ideas for things to make. I usually buy fat quarters to make Christmas baubles...see pictures attached.”

“My wife had gone in for a big order & got home to realise an item was missing (Christmas madness) , she went back to the store and was helped by a lady who checked cctv to see where the item went. It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified. The lady went outside to check the car with my wife (wife’s permission & request) where it was found ! , thank you so much for not making her feel like she was out on a Christmas rob - mistakes happen & it was dealt with in a nice friendly way. “My second visit to Odin’s and the experience was twice as good as the first time. The shop is immaculate and the staff so so amazing. I was so lucky to have Ewelina do both of my tattoos and she killed it both times. I think artists like her are so hard to find. She has a real skill for producing detailed, intricate designs and I think in the tattoo world that is so rare. Combining her extensive knowledge in both the tattoo and brow game makes her the ultimate double threat. I will not go elsewhere from now on! Can’t recommend enough!”

“Norma is an absolute star when it comes to Disney and colourful tattoos. She listens to your ideas, creates fantastic designs and it's a pleasure going to the shop. Everyone welcomes you and you feel relaxed with the added bonus of having a laugh too. Wouldn't go anywhere else, the shop is located in a quieter area than others and has near by parking. Would recommend Stay Weird to anyone.”
