“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. Nothing was in comparison to what I am used to back in California where I grew up until I ate at Viet Guy. The atmosphere is a classy Vietnamese restaurant like in Little Saigon in Westminster California when it became a haven for Vietnamese Food and businesses in the 80s. Manchester you are very lucky. “Been using mkm in sharston for a while now the lads in the yard on behind the tills are a great helpful bunch always doing there best that your happy not like the other builder's merchants not so far away. They will always try beat prices and I'd say 90% of the Time they do always gonna have the odd item tgat might find a quid or 2 cheaper. Had tgere kitchen designer Stuart hankinson designing my kitchen great service nothing was too much trouble and went into detail of spec kitchen to suit everyone needs.
