“My partner has undergone 2 operations at the Spire this year, one NHS and one private. The care he received was equally excellent both times. I saw a notice for private GP appointments on one visit. I have been unable to get an answer on the phone, nor access the e consult for weeks at my surgery. We are not allowed to visit the surgery to make an appointment. In desperation I phoned the Spire, made an appointment to see a GP. I have seen Dr Coogan twice, had extensive blood tests, had all my questions answered and given advice to follow up. I could talk to him, felt very much at ease and do not regret one penny. This is what I will do in future, he is fantastic. I am lucky that I can afford to pay for a certain amount of treatment, and I shouldn't have to do this. But I am 78. It is quality of life, and worth every penny.”

And the treatments are fairly priced. I came to Amy after a recommendation from a friend. I’d previously had a bad experience from a different clinic, being left with serious burns (which is very rare and due to bad practise). Amy took extra time during the initial consultation to fully understand the lasting affects I was suffering with and totally reassured me. Throughout all of my treatments she has done the same, and made sure I was totally comfortable and happy - I can’t thank her enough! Such a let down! The little one largely only eats pasta & they ran out..crisis! Fabulous health club…surely the Spa bath is the most perfect in the country? Big, v warm, comfortable, sublime setup inc lighting/setting. Overall strongly recommend.”
