“A really outstanding nursery. I am so delighted I chose Sylvan House. My daughter has been coming 3 days a week since she was 9 months and the development I've seen in her is fantastic. The girls in the baby room (Nicole, Chloe, Laura and Sarah) treat my daughter like their own, they are kind, affectionate, attentive and excellent at what they do. The food variety is great and she is really well fed and cared for with a detailed report at the end of the day showing food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, mood description etc. The app that the nursery use (Tapestry) is a A* and I look forward to numerous updates, photos, videos and notes about what she's up to. Communication is excellent throughout the day and at handover. Well done Sylvan you've made returning to work so much easier!”

“I was extremely anxious about sending my little one to nursery however as soon as I came to look around, I knew it was the perfect environment for him. Staff are excellent with my baby; caring and attentive and always keep me up to date throughout the day, which is so reassuring. So much thought has gone into the design of the nursery, the rooms are beautiful; modern, clean, cosy and the outdoor&indoor garden are a great feature. “She is my neighbour. She is a very lovely person. Front garden is packed with lots of toys and educational info for kids. Her house is closed distance to park and therefore regular visits to the park in nice days in order. If I had a child she was the one and only one I trust to look after my kid.”

The lessons have made me more confident in the water with my baby. Mark at the Timperley location is wonderful with the babies.
