“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Really helpful staff, lots of bargains to be had. New stock delivered every Tuesday and Wednesday from well known retailers and manufacturers. They do provide a delivery drop off service locally. There is a good selection of products to choose from beds, mattresses, sofas, tables to name a few. They take cash payments upfront. They do have social distancing in place with hand sanitizer stations on entry and exit to the premises.”

Lovely big bathroom, excellent shower and loads of space to put all my bits and pieces out. Free parking included. Lovely welcome and top notch host. Excellent vale for money.”

Always worth ringing up to order your part they usually have it in but will definitely be able to tell you quickly when it will arrive or where else to get if you can't wait the very shot time it may take. The shop has a good effective layout too. Parking is limited but there is usually a space if you're creative. Beware of parking on the street though as parking on some lines is liable to get you booked. GL has extremely competitive pricing too and a good range of quality brands.”

We keep going back as the customer service is superb, from Steve on the front desk when booking in and dropping off, to Phil and his team looking after the cars. Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. I've had to call in a couple of times with an urgent need and they've looked after me while I waited and had me back on the road in no time. They will go the extra mile to look after us and in return they've earned our loyalty and recommendation.”

“Great service. Went in for an MOT and the first time I’ve used this garage. It’s a busy garage but all the lads there are super friendly and informative. Ash did my MOT, it failed initially (clogged windscreen reservoir) & the next slot to repair would have been a couple of days away which meant I’d be without my car which I need for work. Ash managed to work things round to sort the issue there & then, gained a few scratches from the worst possible siting of a windscreen reservoir with good grace and did the re-test to save the return visit. He went above and beyond & gave good advice in preventing the issue going forward. I would definitely use this garage again.”

“Big store with lots of arts, crafts pretty much anything needed for birthdays, weddings we call in on a few occasions for things needed. We have been in a lot lately due to sorting my daughters 18th, staff are very friendly one lady that works there is always smiling and chatting (older lady) we found an easel online comparing prices which was the same price as instore I'd rather pick up than have things delayed in delivery from Amazon.”
