Bukharaa - Street Zaika
“We've been here three times now and this is the best Indian food that I've had outside of India! The dishes are much more interesting than your usual Indian restaurant - with so much more flavour and beautifully presented. There are excellent vegetarian choices for both starters and main courses. The staff are really friendly and attentive and keen to chat about the menu if you need help choosing. We are very lucky to have this restaurant in Romiley!”
Qurashi Indian Restaurant
“Absolutely top class restaurant. All safety measures in place. Meals were huge, and we were lucky enough to get the government incentive discount so doubly pleased. The staff are hard working and polite, and its so busy its best to book ahead.”
Mint Kitchen Indian & Bengali Restaurant & Takeway
“Fantastic restaurant! Where do I start. I've been ordering delivery and going in sometimes for a couple of years now and it's always really tasty and friends and family I share it with always agree too. I have a friend who lives 15 miles away who's hooked on coming weekly, you can bring your own booze for a cheaper meal out. The staff are friendly... even my family from India who can cook and afford top class food themselves, loved it! Reccomend the Lamb Karahi, Tarka Daal, Begun (Aubergine) Bhaji, Prawn Puri and Garlic & Coriander Naan, in particular. Great food and great value. Feel lucky to have this "hidden gem" on my doorstep in Reddish :-) Thanks.”
Saffron Indian Cuisine
“This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The waiter was very helpful and accommodating and the food was amazing. I will definitely be going again!”
Kismet, Stockport
“Great food , great price - an affordable meal out for the family . Would highly recommend”
Spice Tower Indian Restaurant
“Ordered a home delivery from them a few weeks ago, which arrived on time and still nice and hot and was delicious. Ate in last night and the place was spotlessly clean, nice decor, tables are well spaced etc. The warm welcome from the staff was really nice and the service was very good; attentive, but not pushy, Josh answered any questions we had about the menu, the food was delivered promptly and there was plenty of it. It felt as though the staff took pride in what they did and Josh in particular was brilliant. Will be going again very soon.”
Kamran's Indian Takeaway
“Got the Naga Massala. I love spice, and this was really hot! Excellent flavour and probably one of the best curries I've ever had! Went really well with the garlic rice and Chilli Naan”
Food Grill
“Extremely good takeaway food! We regularly go here of a weekend and have never been disappointed. Curries are very tasty and the banquet starter is an excellent sharer to kick off a meal. The portions are large and the food seems freshly made, it takes 15 -20 mins to cook and you can watch them work in the very open kitchen. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended.”
Tiffin Indian Cuisine
“Amazing T Bone Steak and My Mrs had a super delicious Thai Green Curry. I think it's fantastic how you can get such tasty world cuisine under one roof! Top Marks Chef Tariq. 10 out of 10!”
Chai Village UK
“Cracking food and a tasty authentic masala chai served in a lovely hand painted tea pot from India. We were given a very warm welcome and were also treated to a free mango lassi that would otherwise have gone to waste. Oh, and the decor is fantastic too. Highly recommended!”
Chilli Massala
“One of the best restaurants in Stockport. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Also the 5 course meal deal is great value. You can also take your own drinks with you. What is not to like.”
The Poynton Pakora
“Went for the first time last night, 30 min drive away but would definitely go again, quality of the food was spot on, big portions, and good service, 2 adults and 2 kids we had poppadoms mixed starter for two three curries 2 rice 2 chips and one naan plus drinks came to £110 can’t complain, highly recommend :)”
Taste India
“Chicken Tikka Masala is that sweet creamy orange you always look out for. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough - curry, naan and poppadoms always on point. Thanks guys”
Dhaaniya
“Best curry I've ever had, the starter was a big portion as were the chips and curry. Perfect temperature and delivered very fast. Yummy tasty food and friendly staff!”
Spice Room, Bramhall
“Nice little restaurant with a good menu catering for all tastes and choices. Good range of vegetarian and piscatarian food. Great value early bird menu. No alcohol available on site but you can bring your own and they do not charge corkage. Highly recommended”
Little Lanka Restaurant
“Had an awesome Kottu and Sri Lankan food experience after some time. We live in Leeds and have not been able to find any Sri Lankan restaurants around here. Found this little gem which is about 1 and half hours away but it was worth the trip. The Kottu was great and had an authentic taste to it. Can recommend and will be visiting again.”
Mister Ali's Tandoori & Balti Cuisine
“Ordered from Mr Ali’s for the first time today and will definitely be our go to Indian takeaway from now on! They offer a 15% off on takeaway orders which is an added bonus :) We ordered a collection and when we got home noticed we were missing a portion of chips and we called them and they resolved the issue straight away and within 10 minutes they delivered a portion of chips! They even put onion bhajis in the bag as an apology! Cannot fault this place at all. Great quality food, great customer service! 10/10 recommend.”
Grace taste
“Wow, this place is amazing! It is very difficult to get good Indian food outside of India or Indian homes. The food here is genuinely authentic Keralan food. Best to ring in advance as the good stuff is made to order. Highly recommended.”
Bombay Castle
“The best chicken kebabs in stockport! And SO reasonably priced. Their tikka kebabs come on a lovely naan bread (made to order) and with any salad or sauces you may want. The meat samosas are also amazing and are only £2.50 for 3! One thing I will say- the curries aren’t for me, they are not spicy enough and a little bland as I think they maybe cater to English people instead of keeping it authentic. However… if it’s a kebab you are looking for this place CANNOT be beaten. (It’s also spotlessly clean)”
Aunty Ji's
“I was trying to find a good coffee place and I was surprised with the vast array of things Aunty Jis has to offer-A mix of traditional and English breakfast with spot on coffee! Plus they have a lot of comfortable seating for working”
Bulls Head
“Had a great experience here. Staff were welcoming and professional. The pub and beer garden were clean and well kept. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Like that they use local suppliers. Beer quality and choice was also very good. Dog friendly. Would recommended.”
Last Monsoon
“First visit for me. The rstaurant is very pleasant with a good atmosphere. Food was great, plentiful and hot, and good service. We had a really nice time.”
Daawat
“Having tried quite a few Lamb Karahis over the last few weeks in Manchester and also in Yorkshire at places which are highly rated, I can honestly say the Lamb Karahi here at Daawat beats all others hands down! Also really nice customer service provided by Usman. Will definitely be bringing more friends and family back here to try out this hidden gem.”
Habibah Spice
“I have been using this takeaway since it opened. I have never had a bad experience. The food has always been perfect and the staff are awesome. They always remember who i am when I put my telephone order through, they ask if i am well and always call me madam. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you to all at Habibah”
Khan's Biryani and Pilau
“This isn't a fancy restaurant, don't expect ambience or service. Just quality of food. Freshness and cost effective. Quickness and consistency. Cheap and almost home like. Hot tandoori roti.. P.S. Can be slightly oily sometimes, but still better than many others.”
Royal Spice
“My friends and I shared the most amazing meal this evening. The delivery driver was lovely and efficient. The food was to die for and I will definitely be a returning customer.”
Abaseen
“Nothing beats their karahi cooked in ghee and chapli kebabs. They cook fresh food , you have to wait 20 to 30 mins but it's worth it. If you are not fussed about the decorations and how fancy the restaurant is, then eating from the karahi itself is even better. Reasonable price as well”
Desi Style Takeaway and Restaurant
“Delicious curries made with care. Good service and value. Just wish it was a little less oily - else, everything was perfect!”
Merzee
“Very busy and good food served. I like the old pictuers of 60s and 70s stars there. Overall its good but little pack sitting wise.”
Cheadle Tandoori
“We have struggled to find an Indian takeaway we like for a long time since our previous favourite changed hands. As a result we haven't had an Indian takeaway for a long time. I'm so glad I gave this place a chance as I absolutely loved it. We preordered, it came on time and it was delicious. Price is average for what I'd expect to pay so no grumbles about that. Thank you very much.”
