“Got a dozen donuts which were warm when they arrived, they were good but I preferred them the day after once I popped them in the fridge, it tasted much better when they were firm but that may be down to preference.”

“Really had a perfect party thanks to the Blue Tiffin. Thanks for letting us use your function room. Everyone was at ease the moment we walked in, were really looked after, and were entertained from beginning to end. Nothing was too much. We had three course meals, and as a party of 50, I’m pleased to say that everyone’s culinary needs were deliciously met to perfection. We had some people with quite specific dietary needs; gluten free, and vegan to be specific. Nothing was too much and they loved it. “We have been dining at zing & zest for the past 7 years and can honestly say we enjoy it every time we go. The staff & manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They will tweak a dish if possible or advise on which you'd enjoy based on your spice tolerance. We've probably tried most of the menu but here are some of our favourites dishes are, Starters - Lamb namkeen boti, chicken chaat puri & spicy hot rods. Mains - Lamb saagwala, Shashlik exotic karahi and Murgh Akbai. We also enjoy the Sunday buffet, which is a bargain! There's a choice of 4 different Starters and 4 different curries (1 is usually tikka masala for the kids) in the hot plates, then you order fresh rice and breads with the waiter when your ready for your main and he'll bring it over. Gives you chance to try dishes you've never had before, we love it. We have introduced many people to zing & zest over the years who have also fell in love with it. It's always our go to place to take friends & family to dine out, as we know we'll be looked after and well fed. Our kids also love it here, it's our daughter 1st choice everytime. We love supporting our local Indian. As our daughter says "Zing & Zest, is the Best!"”

“Excellent, The new owner has made a number of improvements to an old established business. The original Cinnamon Tree was a good old style Bengali take away offering traditional food. The new owners have kept the old recipes but added a modern flavor , excellent service, good communication , and genuine courtesy with a genuine smile to add ! . Cinnamon Tree Indian food and Burgers, Wraps and much more are located on Shaw Road Oldham just before the IMO car wash . There is ample parking next door and a delivery service if needed..”

“This has to be the most authentic Indian Food place in all of Manchester. The owner is actually from Lucknow, India. She makes great Veg as well as Non-Veg dishes. Try their Chicken Curry with rice, or Chicken Biryani, plain old Rajma Chawal or straight up Aloo Paratha. Everything is authentic and the real taste of India.”

“This was our first visit to the Bengal Curry Pot, so it had to be right because we were celebrating a birthday. From stepping into the premises we were greeted with smiling faces and very attentive staff. This was a surprisingly large dining area, with spacious comfortable seating. A selection of tasteful Bollywood music created a perfect atmosphere. The food was indeed excellent as was the service. The cost was very reasonable. We will be returning.”

“Oh my god, this is the best kebab I've ever eaten in my entire life. I'm from out of the area so looked up local takeaways on just eat and I'm glad I chose to order here. “Lees Spice Lounge is by far the best Indian restaurant in Oldham. Been there well over 100 times and never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is so good. It’s a pleasure to work your way through the menu trying all the different curries. My current favourite (and the one in the photo) is Naga Jal-Fry - with a keema naan bread. Be sure to phone ahead for a table at weekend, because it’s not surprising that they get very busy.”
