“Visited on opening weekend- delicious authentic food and cocktails, and so reasonably priced! A nice touch with the Indian gins too. Great to have a new Indian restaurant in South Manchester, I’ll definitely be back to try out more dishes! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy on nearby residential streets- not too far to walk which was ideal!”

“Food is immaculately good. We enjoyed a three course meal at Dishoom. The variety of food is great for Vegetarian and Vegans too. The unlimited tea lasts until 5pm Although, service is slow the food makes up for it. It was unbelievably hot on the day we visited, the air-conditioning was not on.”

“Went for a family meal on Christmas Eve. All the staff were lovely, the atmosphere was nice. There was no pressure between poppadoms, starters and mains,they even asked if we would like a 15 /20 minute break before our mains, most places rush the food out so this was a pleasant change. The food was stunning, very fresh, and very tasty. We all loved what we had. Highly recommended and would go again for sure. Thankyou to all the staff and credit to the chef, gorgeous food.”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only let down is the size of the restaurant and the difficulty of fitting large groups in i.e. 12 or more. The tables have to be situated around a pillar that splits the group up and makes it difficult to get out from the table to get to the toilet. But if you are only a small group or a couple then you won't have any of the seating issues. All in all a really nice place with great food and a pleasant atmosphere.”

I've been ordering delivery and going in sometimes for a couple of years now and it's always really tasty and friends and family I share it with always agree too. I have a friend who lives 15 miles away who's hooked on coming weekly, you can bring your own booze for a cheaper meal out. The staff are friendly... even my family from India who can cook and afford top class food themselves, loved it! Reccomend the Lamb Karahi, Tarka Daal, Begun (Aubergine) Bhaji, Prawn Puri and Garlic & Coriander Naan, in particular. Great food and great value. Feel lucky to have this "hidden gem" on my doorstep in Reddish :-) Thanks.”

From the papadoms which were crisp and greasy to the starters (Lamb Chops) were perfection to the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it was an awesome meal. Bottle of wine was given as a regular customer.
