“We have been going to the Spicey Chef for years and Everytime we have a party we order a curry from them. On Saturday it was my sons 16th birthday. We ordered Masala sauce for 17, chicken tika tandoori pieces, onions and chillies,and mushrooms. As per usual it was on time and absolutely delicious. The staff are so lovely and friendly . “Food is immaculately good. We enjoyed a three course meal at Dishoom. The variety of food is great for Vegetarian and Vegans too. The unlimited tea lasts until 5pm Although, service is slow the food makes up for it. It was unbelievably hot on the day we visited, the air-conditioning was not on.”

“Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only let down is the size of the restaurant and the difficulty of fitting large groups in i.e. 12 or more. The tables have to be situated around a pillar that splits the group up and makes it difficult to get out from the table to get to the toilet. But if you are only a small group or a couple then you won't have any of the seating issues. All in all a really nice place with great food and a pleasant atmosphere.”

It's all fresh and cooked to order and not to greasy, so no bloated stomachs the next day. The staff are wonderful and friendly too. “Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”
