“Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

“The guy who's gave a bad review brought in a kit all smashed up which he's put a picture up of it and as you can see it has another tank on it as he'd smashed the original which was his own fault after dropping it, he wanting a replacement for free and started threatening a staff member and that's why I shouted at him, got a taste of his own medicine and was barred from the shop and now gave a bad review. Police were notified as we have CCTV. The other guy who's gave the other bad review brought in his kit that he'd dropped and broken himself and wanted an exchange, was his own fault and that's why his kit wasn't replaced. Bare in mind he'd already exchanged his first kit which we gave him as a good will gesture. The guy who gave the other bad review has never been in the shop as he lives in London, he works for another vape shop so he's gave 2 stars to discredit the shop.”

Although the experience was a mini photoshoot and only 15 minutes, ourselves and our daughter were made to feel so comfortable. Leanne was so friendly and patient and made the photoshoot such a lovely experience for us all! The photos turned out as perfect as we expected and we are so happy with them! I have already recommended timeline photography to friends and family and would 10000% use it again for any future photoshoots!☺️”

“Needed some flowers last min, visited the shop & was greeted by a lovely lady (think it was owners mom). Explained what I wanted and within 10mins I had a big beautiful bouquet of flowers. Staff was lovely and flowers were a great price. Would def recommend and use in the future.”

“Absolutely worth to have your car repairs done here. James was so polite and immediately diagnosed the issue with my washer spray where at my previous garage wher the MOT was Failed asked me to replace all 3 jets costing me almost 100 pound including VAT. It was like heart patient was asked to operate his kidneys. And today I saved my 80 pounds and took my car to the right hands where all the three Jets were perfectly fine and issue was blockage in water tank. Thanks a lot James for your kind help dropping me back home in the morning. 100% Recommended.”

“Still got the appointment card from my first visit - 21st March 2005. A cover up done by Mr Sean Lyons. It still looks fresh today. Over the following years, I've been tattooed by 'J-Bomb', Grant and the awesome Gavin Rourke. Already had 2 full day sittings with Gav this year (2017) who has done an amazing job (although not yet finished) on my MARVEL sleeve. All the guys here are incredible, taking the time to understand your needs, bounce around ideas and put your mind at rest. Whether you're looking for realism, black and grey, Japanese, traditional, water colour, Neo-traditional or any other style - give 72 a shout. The whole shop has a real cool laid back atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and they are all very gifted artists.”

“I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”

“Our first visit here today. Wow, just wow. I had the mushrooms on sourdough and my husband had the Turkish eggs. Both were unreal. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had. We also took a cake home. The cake selection was also one of the best I've seen. We will be back as there is still many menu items and cakes I want to try. A credit to Urmston. Well done!”

“Amazing service yesterday when i went in to get some flowers for teacher presents. The lady kindly made me up 4 bunches out of 3 as i didn't have enough money left in the collection.
