Particularly like the fact there are helpers in the water for the younger children which helps to keep a good instructor/student ratio, meaning they get the attention they require. Lorna is particularly helpful and co-operative and they don't give out badges for the sake of it! The children really have to achieve the correct technique to earn their badges. Highly recommended.”

Right from initial consultation where Arnie, my golden Cocker Spaniel (elderly!), and I met her and her dog, through to picking him up a week later Gemma was great.
