Her customer service skills are on point and she knows how to treat people respectfully and with compassion. My experience with her was fantastic and I can't praise her enough. We had a minor issue with a staff member refusing disability access to my aunt but Lucy was quick to intervene and resolve the incident with kindness and empathy. I have worked in hostility for 18 years and I am confident to say this lady knows how to manage with dignity and respect. Massive well done for you and everything you do”

“Sharing my recent experience from my recent dental appointment at Parkhouse Springhead. I woke up with throbbing tooth ache and contacted my surgery to request an urgent appointment. The lady I spoke to was extremely sympathetic and understood my needs. I was provided with an appointment that very same morning! At my appointment the dentist realised I am extremely anxious about dental treatment. I received a very sympathetic and calming approach, with the dentist talking to me throughout the appointment making me feel at ease - which was so important to me. Good service and patient care appear to be at the forefront of all they do at this dental surgery. A big Thank YOU from me … I highly recommend anyone with a nervous disposition to dental treatment to visit Parkhouse Springhead!”

“Dr. Magda Wolińska is the Best and nicest dentist I have ever met. She is a perfectionist, very detailed, the treatments are completely painless, she creates a good environment that helps to feel relaxed. She only cares for saving the tooth rather than taking money out of you, which is unfortunately very rare nowadays. She really stays within budget. Finally, I have found my Dentist.:) The receptionists are also really nice, they really try their best to find as early as possible appointment date if really needed!
