“I attended the hospital on Saturday 4th March, to undergo an operation. From walking in the entrance to being discharged same day I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with, from start to end. Their friendliness and professionalism put me at ease, the op was a great success, and I was offered coffee, biscuits, toast and juice on several occasions. “Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”

“One of the only good kebab places around the area. They actually marinate the chicken and its always served juicy, grilled n tender, instead of giving you the flavourless burnt cardboard pieces you'd typically expect. Also the doner kebabs are excellent, they don't use the typical cheap doner stacks that you'd find anywhere else. Their chilli sauce is also great. One of the only places where quality has gone up as the years progress. I'd recommend this place over all the other places in the area, this joint really puts them all to shame.”

“Joined this gp at the beginning of the pandemic with my son and New born daughter. They have given us the upmost best care possible. They always go above and beyond, deal with matters promptly and I have never struggled to get help immediately. Given the strain on gp practices currently this hasn't dimmed the level of care this practice gives. I was with my previous gp practice for 26 years and I never received close to the level of care i have here. A massive thank you to all staff”

“Shocking. I have previously left a good review because of Dr Hannan who is a brilliant doctor and this review has nothing to do with them. I went to my doctor 7 months ago about symptoms I have been experiencing which I have been worried about. I can’t remember exactly how long I waited for that appointment but I think it was about 6 weeks, I had a blood test and got results quickly. I had to have another blood test 3 months after. When I rang to book it the waiting time was 6 weeks. I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks for the results after the blood test and that’s because I had to contact them. Every time I phone I get told to phone back tomorrow. I have tried 5 or 6 times now. No one picks up on the line to call through to get results so I have to pick the appointments option and getting through is terrible. I’ve been with this surgery all my life but I am now going to change.”
