Emma was brilliant and completely understood what I was looking for. She came up with several different options in different colour ways and prices, samples also arrived really quickly, along with answers to questions and additional inspiration for cushions and footstools. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products.
