They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

“Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

Despite lockdown restrictions in the spring 2021, Karl and the team went out of their way to work safely with us to plan our new kitchen. The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. “What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Fantastic service all round. if you don't want to wait a minimum 3 months for a new sofa then this is the place to go. The showroom is stocked with a wide variety of sofas for the picking. Once you decide which one to buy they wrap it off the shop floor straight away and sort out a delivery date quickly and delivery is free too. They are competitively priced but bare in mind these are ex-display/returns/slight defects but looked new to me. The delivery was great too. The driver texted me 3hrs before and called 30mins before arrival. Well deserved 5*. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.”

The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products.
