“Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

“Our experience of using Paul Birtles to sell our parents house has been excellent !! They communicated frequently to let us know what was happening at all times. Whenever I phoned, I was nearly always able to speak to Dan who was able to explain what they required of us or was expected of us by the solicitor. And if I did speak to someone else they were always very helpful. We had a delay on our probate application; beyond our control, and Birtles showed great patience and understanding despite the inconvenience to everyone. The last couple of weeks before the sale became quite frantic with emails and phone-calls flying back and forth and Dan’s cooperation to do whatever was necessary to complete without further delays was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.”

“I’ve only used this Starbucks as a drive through. Can get pretty busy and the car park is awkward to que in. Often you’ll end up blocking someone’s car in while waiting in line. I got a seasonal coffee this time - toffee nut which was pretty good. Wait was long however service was pretty quite. Also got some croissant which were nice and warm. Lots have been complaining of cleanliness inside which I can’t comment on however the atmosphere inside look good.”

“A few months ago we decided we wanted a new kitchen and a re-model of the entire kitchen area including a new utility room being built in the ld garage, and huge panoramic sliding doors. We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. “Great florist to visit with gorgeous bouquets made to order exactly how you require which stay fresh for a long time. Jo will make you a bouquet to your budget and they are always beautiful. I have had the pleasure of attending a wedding that Jo did the flowers for and they were absolutely stunning. If you want a house plant Jo also has plenty of plants I haven't seen before visiting her florist. Definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a special gift.”

“I answer 2 reviews we carry out an on-site survey, once the survey has been done we ask customers to come into the showroom to look at plan and move on with everything, we have so many people who after the survey do not return calls, we cannot get them into the showroom and never move on but blame us, we are happy you spent your few pounds else where as we cannot help everyone, on our shelf we have plans going back months that we have done under the heading of rang but never moved on, ie could not be bothered to turn up. Answer for Mr Roddy, your kitchen was installed 8 years ago, your washing machine is leaking, we do not mend appliances, your warranty has expired what on earth do you want us to do about it, your decision to be nasty has hopefully back fired on you as a review 2 weeks ago which is spiteful from work you had done 8 years ago and were very happy with the job, please buy a new washing machine and leave us alone”
