Unfortunately, with the party looming, there was an issue with the delivery of the BBQ (logistic company errors, not Gardenbox's fault). I contact Mark at GardenBox and he went out of his way to get the product to me ASAP. Responding to emails at 7am and even paying for a special courier to pick up the BBQ from a depot and have it delivered to me in time for the bank holiday weekend. The product arrived in great condition and was exactly what i expected but what really stands out is the AMAZING customer service.
