“Tracy's looked after our cat during two separate holidays now and I can confidentially say she is the perfect sitter! She is super friendly and organised. She popped round before we went away to discuss the cat's food arrangements and other routines before coming back twice a day whilst we were away. On the first occasion, we'd only had our cat a couple of months when we left her with Tracy but we felt totally reassured as she was such a natural with her and kept us up-to-date with messages and photos on WhatsApp. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”

“A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

Not only did I have piece of mind while I was away but I was content my feline friend was in safe hands. He was well looked after and was very happy holidaying at LL cattery. We have a rescue dog and he was a handful when we took him out for walks but with a lot of help (and perseverance) from Viv and Darren he’s now a joy to walk. She is an old dog now and we don't think it's right for her to go somewhere new this late in her life. The staff and management are really caring and I trust them completely.
