Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.”

“Try to get all my vehicle parts from euro, never had a bad experience. Sure there might be a queue occasionally but if you're using the discount codes you're pretty much getting your parts at trade price. I just did a warranty exchange on a 2 year old Bosch battery and they swapped it out with no hassle at all. Only thing to remember here is to log in with your car number plate or the car park monitors WILL give you a ticket.”

“As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer. The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch. Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!”

“Got a tattoo done here on Thursday first time at this tattoo shop and won't be the last. And all I can say is what a fantastic person sam is he's so funny kind and caring. Constantly offering me drinks had my favourite drinking as well cherry Coke. I love my tattoo so much the atmosphere was fantastic great music great vibes such a delight. I was a little bit nervous but as soon as he started talking I was no longer nervous I couldn't stop laughing with all the jokes he was telling he generally was just a down-to-earth lad will definitely be coming back again to use his services.”

“I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all. Well done Trespass for hiring such amazing staff.”

“We have only ever used Davron for trips to and from Manchester Airport and at least in this part of their service I can find no fault. Always been on time to pick us up from home and been on time in the place they said they'd be when we returned from holiday. They seem to have moved office as well - Just a couple of doors up the street.”

“I bought a pair of boots online. I'm in size 4. They are miles too small. Yet says they're size 4. It says contact them via chat. I've tried. No response. It says you can contact them via messenger. I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement”
