“The results are worth the wait. My car was with them for 6 weeks with regular text updates telling me when my car would be due back. It was completed as promised by the due date. When I asked why it had taken so long they were able to explain that they had been waiting for parts and had many photos to document the work that is done. I hadn't appreciated how much work had to be done on a 'small' dent, there's more to it when you see the work done! Great job!”

It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified. The lady went outside to check the car with my wife (wife’s permission & request) where it was found ! , thank you so much for not making her feel like she was out on a Christmas rob - mistakes happen & it was dealt with in a nice friendly way.
