“Lots of good covid safety measures. Really nice staff. Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.”

“It's a lovely clean and very friendly pub very pleasant bar staff very welcoming and friendly people made to feel like one of the regulars. The new landlord and his wife Michelle have done an amazing job of turning this pub into the friendly place it is now would highly recommend a visit”

“Very nice staff. Beds new and comfortable. We were near the road but it didn’t keep us awake ok some furniture in our room was dated but the beds were great. We had a twin room. We got proper beds not a double and a settee. Very good price we searched for a good price and found this Travelodge. Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. We would go back again.”

“Went as a group of 7 ladies to celebrate a friends 70th, the Diva!! It want full however it had plenty of people there to enjoy, laugh and dance. The Drag artists were great, the food was also fabulous alo g withd service and delivery and the price was just right. Fab night, definitely recommend. Coming back. Xx”

“Sextons is a bakery , coffee and brunch place as well. The quality of all products i ve tried exceed my expectations. The location is just lovely, touching the river. “This was our first time here, but not our first teppen-yaki experience. From the moment we arrived Jason was the perfect host explaining the menu and taking into account my wife's dietary requirements. We ordered the fish and meat set menu. When the chef arrived the entertainment began, and what a showman as well as cooking the food he kept us entertained throughout our dining experience, he even asked how we would like the steak and lamb cooked. This won't be our last visit. Highly recommend.”
