The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. “Outstanding service, and eye for design, and an absolutely beautiful range of sofas and fabrics. I visited the shop numerous times in October, armed with photos, and paint charts!! Emma was brilliant and completely understood what I was looking for. She came up with several different options in different colour ways and prices, samples also arrived really quickly, along with answers to questions and additional inspiration for cushions and footstools. Last time I just needed mineral oil to season a chopping board, walk in and get a friendly greeting, I'm telling him what I'm looking for, he points me to the isle, comes over to help without needing me to ask, then when I tell him I need food safe low/no odour, he grabs two options from beside himself without looking. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. “Ordered a reconditioned 2 oven gas Aga from Avec, I was kept informed throughout and they were on hand to answer and questions I had. The install day came and the 2 chaps came on time, were friendly and courteous despite having to work around other tradespeople finishing off the kitchen. The Aga itself looks brand new, the enamelling is perfect and the chrome lids are polished to perfection. I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!”
