“Can’t recommend Austen & Blake enough. Usually going to jewellers can’t be quite overwhelming and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake. “They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”
