“I'd been looking at this beautiful clothing company on line and then was pleasantly surprised when I found out they had a shop in the village where my sister lives. A trip was very necessary and I bought an amazing kimono and matching head scarf! The girl in the shop was right though, I do feel like I need a sweeping staircase to walk down in it! “Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too!
