Also took payment before setting off which saves a lot of messing about when dropping off. Got to my terminal & he gave me directions how to get to departures. They arrived and were the wrong colour (my fault for not checking the label correctly) Karon went out of her way to help me find the matching jacket for the trousers I had ordered from them.
