I personally love the online system to make appointments, and phone appointments as needed suit my busy work schedule. I have found the team helpful and to go out their way to find information or help me out. When my baby needed to be seen they also saw him the same day to reassure me. The only times I’ve found it difficult is when I couldn’t get through on the phone for a same day urgent appointment- but that has been the same at every surgery I’ve every been at!”
